Get in touch
Whether you're looking for a fractional CMO, need help building your marketing strategy, or just want to bounce ideas around — I'm happy to chat.
Typical response time is within 24 hours. For urgent matters, feel free to call or WhatsApp directly.
What to expect.
Here's how it typically works after you reach out.
Discovery call
A 30-minute conversation to understand your startup, your challenges, and whether I can help. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest assessment of fit.
Proposal
If there is a fit, I put together a lightweight proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment. Typically delivered within a few days of our call.
Kick-off
We align on priorities, set up communication channels, and hit the ground running. Most engagements start with a diagnostic phase in the first month.
Common questions.
How long are typical engagements?
Most engagements run 3 to 6 months. The first month focuses on diagnostic and strategy, the middle months on building and executing, and the final phase on scaling what works and transferring knowledge to your team.
What types of startups do you work with?
I work primarily with early-stage B2B startups (pre-seed to Series B) across Southeast Asia. My experience spans SaaS, fintech, edtech, deep tech, and more. The common thread is founders who want hands-on marketing leadership, not slide decks.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?
I embed with your team as a fractional CMO — attending standups, sitting in on sales calls, and making decisions alongside you. Unlike agencies, I build your internal capabilities so you become self-sufficient, not dependent on an external vendor.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. I am based in Singapore and work with teams across Southeast Asia. Most collaboration happens remotely, but I am available for on-site sessions when needed, especially during the diagnostic phase.
