What we collect
When you submit the contact form or the GTM Reality Check survey, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, work email, company, and message. With your consent, we also collect anonymous usage analytics (pages viewed, device and referrer information) to understand how the site is used.
Cookies & analytics
We only load analytics and marketing tools after you accept cookies. These are PostHog (product analytics, EU region), Swan, and Apollo. If you reject, these tools are not loaded. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Who processes your data
Lead details you submit are stored in our CRM and workflow tools (Attio, Notion) and emailed to us via Resend. Our newsletter runs on beehiiv. The site is hosted on Railway. Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
Legal basis
We process contact details to respond to your enquiry (your request / our legitimate interest) and analytics data only on the basis of your consent.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email us at the address above.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and lead data for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
